About the European Leadership Academy
The European Leadership Academy is dedicated to developing and celebrating European young female leaders. The academy fosters leadership skills and innovation through The Women’s Academy for Rural Innovation and The Schools for Female Leadership in the Digital Age. The Schools for Female Leadership in the Digital Age is part of Huawei’s broader Seeds for the Future initiative. The main goal of this program is to close the gender gap and establish a society where women have the power to guide us into the digital age.
Our Responsibilities as a Jury Member
Together with the members and vice-president of the European Parliament, exceptional business leaders, researchers, innovators, policymakers, and equality defenders, Iva Kozlovska participated in choosing the female leaders of the future to attend the summer school.
Our Managing Partner leveraged her expertise to assess the candidates’ out-of-the-box thinking, academic achievements, leadership qualities, potential to drive positive change, integrity and ethical behavior, and clear vision for the future.
This year’s Summer School welcomes 29 female participants: one from each of the 27 EU members, one from Ukraine, and one from the Western Balkans Six. Students from various backgrounds will learn from esteemed professionals and mentors throughout a week-long program. This program includes leadership sessions, exciting discussions, debates, workshops on fundamental digital skills, and networking and cultural events.
Qubit Labs is proud to be part of this transformative journey and is excited to discover the next generation of change-makers. We are inspired to work with the other jurors, exchange ideas, and support the growth of future leaders who will influence the IT sector and beyond.
