As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining their infrastructures, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure. Your tasks include architecture, development, testing, maintenance. Working closely with the CTO you will shape their strategy and stay updated on industry trends.
Your primary responsibility is to lead infrastructure developments, ensuring robust design, security, and optimisation, while coordinating with the product developers.
What technical stack do they use: Node.JS, Nest.JS, ReactJS, Typescript, Python, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:
— Design and oversee infrastructure architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
— Prepare the necessary tooling to deploy the product on various ecosystems.
— Ease the deployments of the product releases.
— Ensure the best practices implementation on the infrastructure and automations.
— Implement performance optimisation techniques and ensure comprehensive testing.
— Document technical specifications and share knowledge to aid collaboration and team integration.
— Employ Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and foster continuous improvement.
— Stay updated on DevOps development trends and best practices.

What are they looking for:
— Demonstrated expertise in architecting, deploying, and managing complex cloud environments, specifically on AWS and Azure, while ensuring seamless integration with SaaS and on-premise infrastructures.
— Proven experience with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes, including scaling, networking, and security best practices.
— Strong background in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), and automation frameworks to streamline development and deployment processes.
— Deep understanding of high availability, load balancing, service resilience, and disaster recovery strategies across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
— Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Typescript) with a solid grasp of version control systems to support robust and repeatable automation workflows.
— Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex systems while ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and security standards.
— Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams, mentoring junior talent, and driving DevOps culture across the organization.
