Our client seeks an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products, with a deep understanding of the fintech industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market insight, and leadership skills to drive the development and growth of our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with client’s business goals. Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps.
– Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for differentiation. Use these insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
– Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
– Negotiate and be responsible for integrating global and local KYC, Payment Gateway, and PSP methods.
– Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related matters.
– Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement. Set KPIs and track product success metrics.
– Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
– Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or brokerage.
– Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and brokerage operations. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
