You will complement the CEO’s strategy and business development skills by bringing your own experience in product and technical leadership. This role has professional growth opportunities, namely, transition into a CTO position. Specifically, you will lead the design and development of our software for legal and regulatory technology services.
This involves the digitization of security and privacy processes with a Lean Compliance Approach that matches the agility of business strategy. You’ll be responsible for a team that consists of both internal and partner resources.
— 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
— Full-stack development expertise with hands-on coding e.g., backend Node.js and Angular 8+.
— Experience in maintaining a Personal Development Environment using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes (AWS ECS), etc.
— Experience using a versioning tool such as git.
— Experience with issue tracking tools like Jira.
— Knowledge of SCRUM/AGILE principles and methodologies and experience of working in an AGILE environment.
— Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
— Technical leadership skills.
— Desire to relocate to the Netherlands.

— Knowledge of other front-end technologies such as React/Vue/lit
— Experience in LegalTech, Fintech, or HealthTech
— You’ll have the unique ability to lead the digitalization of a successful compliance business with high potential.
— The primary location is Amsterdam, but the candidate can live in any city he/she likes within the Netherlands.
