We are seeking a skilled DevOps to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deployment and management of cloud infrastructure as well as optimizing performance, built automation and ensuring security compliance across various cloud platforms.
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Development:
- Develop IaC using Terraform or cloud-specific languages to provision cloud resources based on the Detailed Solution Architecture (DSA) and the Architecture Implementation Details (AID).
- Develop and maintain the Architecture Implementation Details (AID).
– Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for the code and systems deployed.
– CI/CD Pipeline Setup:
- Set up and configure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for cloud infrastructure and applications using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps pipelines, etc.
- Ensure CI/CD processes align with the standards and security compliance defined by company and its customers.
– Expertise and Best Practices: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to provide expert advice to customers and stakeholders.
– Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, DevOps Professionals, and Delivery Managers to ensure successful delivery of cloud projects.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to voice the team’s opinions on various technical topics.
– Code Reviews and Compliance: Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security policies.
– Proof of Concept and Pilot Projects: Participate in proof of concept and pilot projects to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate value.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– 3 to 5 years of experience in GCP environments.
– Good knowledge of GCP solution deployment.
– Excellent knowledge of Terraform required.
– CI/CD knowledge required (e.g., GitHub).
– Strong English proficiency is required.
