We are entering a high-growth phase and seek a dynamic, mission-aligned CEO to lead the project to global scale.
Role Overview
As the CEO, you will take full-time leadership of the company’s strategy, fundraising, operations, and ecosystem development. You will be responsible for aligning the project’s technical roadmap with market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, scaling operations, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.
This is a foundational executive position in a pioneering Web3 company that sits at the intersection of blockchain and wellness innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategy in alignment with the core principles of decentralization and wellness impact
- Lead fundraising efforts (equity, token-based, DAO governance) and manage investor relations
- Oversee product development and go-to-market execution, in close collaboration with the CTO and leadership team
- Attract, build, and manage a globally distributed team across technical, product, marketing, and operations functions
- Cultivate strategic partnerships within the Web3, WellnessTech, and investment communities
- Lead ecosystem growth, including token economy design, community engagement, and governance rollout
- Represent the project in media, conferences, and key industry events
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of executive leadership experience in Web3, crypto, or blockchain infrastructure startups
- Proven success in launching and scaling Web3 platforms or protocols from early-stage to growth
- Demonstrated ability to raise capital through VCs, token models, grants, or DAOs
- Deep expertise in tokenomics, decentralized governance, DAOs, and DeFi frameworks
- Visionary leadership with strong strategic, operational, and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, innovation, and decentralized technology
- Strong network in the crypto VC, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience managing remote-first teams and cross-functional execution
