How Qubit Labs Works During Wartime in Ukraine?

Iva Kozlovskaya
Managing Partner

The devastating war in Ukraine continues, so the IT sphere is one of a few industries that still work and help support the local economy. The tech industry brings significant incomes to the country, which is critical nowadays. Many people have lost their jobs, so tech specialists are considered the main driving force of economic stability.

Besides, to fight and win, Ukraine needs an economy that works. While agriculture and metallurgy spheres, which are the key sources of income for the country, are in the hot spots, Ukraine needs businesses that have the opportunity to continue what they’re doing. Notably, the IT companies are paying taxes, and this money is being transferred to humanitarian organizations and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

That’s why the IT industry is one of the leading supporters of Ukrainian combat capability and victory.

Does Our Company Have a Chance to Work on Its Projects?

Yes! Qubit Labs company continues working!

Qubit Labs ensured that all our employees were secure. Each team member works either from a safe place in Ukraine or from abroad. They all have the required equipment, hardware, and software. Also, each employee has stable access to the Internet.

So, we’re always in touch with every person in our team, and they manage to complete their goals in time. All our projects are still ongoing, and our company strives to embark on new tasks because Ukrainian people are eager to put their knowledge into use.

Our clients keep supporting our company, so the developers at Qubit Labs keep delivering top-notch results.

Our Specialists are Engaged Both in Professional and Volunteer Fields

Qubit Labs is delighted to say that our team members managed to find time to get their job done and help the Ukrainian army and citizens.

For example, our HBD, Oksana Zabolotna, is part of the voluntary organization “GO Oberig” that helps the soldiers and civilians located in hot spots. The organization purchases and delivers humanitarian aid to those in need. Our Head of HR and Recruitment, Maryna Buzinnik, and our 3D artist, Pavlo Nikitiuk, are in Turkey now and help to buy and deliver humanitarian and medical aid for our defenders and people in war zones.

These are just a few examples of how our great team members are making their impact and helping Ukraine go through this horrifying war.

We are constantly in touch with our employees, supporting each other and the country. Qubit Labs believes that Ukraine will win the war and become stronger than it ever was. Stand with Ukraine!
