Qubit Labs was engaged to build new features for the SAP HCM module and to handle integration, quality assurance, deployment, and bug fixes. There was an HR (SAP ERP Human Capital Management) module in Ukrainian localization. Still, our client decided to develop a document template generation system to optimize processes and address typical issues arising from outdated methods for storing and retaining HR documentation.
Aside from reducing the procedure’s cost and time, such a system would enable well-organized HR records and allow access to needed data within seconds. The client was seeking a company that could provide a team of skilled SAP developers for a project-based partnership.

According to the client’s requirements, output document templates are converted into XML files generated by ABAP applications. Document template formatting is implemented in the corresponding XLS files, and the final document can be viewed as an HTML file. To provide navigation on and between pages, our developers decided to use JavaScript.
