One of Ukraine’s largest banks decided to improve and integrate its banking structure. Structure optimization involved establishing customer service offices using an integrated system for banking operations and reporting, rather than relying on its existing local branches. The improvements outlined above were designed to reduce costs, automate processes, and optimize the company’s workflows. After market research, they decided to launch a SAP environment to centralize bankers’ discount and replace outdated systems.
