Qubit Labs Celebrates Spring!

Spring has come and made our IT hearts beat faster. We want to spread our love for what we do, to learn, to meet new people, and celebrate innovation! The tech world is awakening from winter sleep, there are more and more inspiring events for tech lovers. Qubit Labs has planned a very eventful spring to find new inspiration and ideas. So what is on our agenda?

March

March alone has so much to offer! While you’re in London, check out Big Data World (March 15-16), an event that will help you contextualise, understand and employ data to your advantage. Secure your free tickets to see 80 industry speakers, 40 case studies & over 40 exhibitors. Moreover, the ticket to Big Data World London includes free access to the 4 co-located events.
Also on the list is Germany’s #1 global event for digital business CEBIT (March 20-24). Current top trends at CEBIT include AI, Cloud technologies, cyber security, drones, IoT, virtual reality and 5G. The amount of speakers in astonishing! Different types are available for purchase on the website; pupils, students and apprentices pay reduced admission.
The Machine Intelligence Summit (March 23-24) in San Francisco has sold out Early Bird tickets, but you can still get a Standard Pass or a Startup/Academic Pass. Representatives from Uber, Airbnb, Amazon, Reddit, etc., are already scheduled to speak, but many more are to be added to the list.
Two most exciting March events that we are definitely attending are:

  • Tech Startup Jobs Fair New York 2017 (March 2) is the main meeting point for startups and talents. Get your free ticket, connect with startups, apply for Jobs using the official new TechStartupJobs App.
  • Startup Safary Paris (March 16-17) is an amazing event that gives exclusive access to the offices of the best startups and tech companies of Paris. Go and get your tickets! April

NAB SHOW in Las Vegas (April 22 – 27) is the ultimate attraction, and world’s largest event for global visionaries focused on the intersection of technology, media, and entertainment. FITC Toronto (April 23-25) is another exciting event on the North American soil and stands for the Future of Innovation, Technology and Creativity. Check out the impressive list of speakers and get yourself Early Bird tickets that are available until March 19. Our personal top picks for April:

  • Tech Startup Jobs Fair Berlin Spring 2017 (April, 20) is the place to be for those looking for a job or recruiting. By the way, holders of the Premium Jobseeker ticket can get into the Job Seekers Night on April, 19. Registration for the event is already open!
  • Trade Tech EU in Paris (April 25-26) delivers new generation trading strategies and technologies to Europe’s equity trading community. You will meet 1000 senior equity trading professionals. Helsinki’s Arctic15 (May, 3-5) is the most effective matchmaking startup event in the Nordics and Baltics. Its teams range from from health and fintech to IoT and foodtech. The event is bringing together 450+ startups, 300+ investors, 150+ corporates from 60+ countries, speakers include Sofia Ericsson Holm, Paul Bragiel, Billy Draper, Adriana Gascoigne, Robin Wauters, Marvin Liao and many more.
Malmö’s Nordic Game (May 17-19) Early Bird tickets are on sale until March 16. Alleissia Laidacker (Lead Gameplay & AI, Ubisoft, Montreal), Charlie Bewsher (Design Director, Creative Assembly) along with many others are confirmed to speak. Same as in previous years, the Nordic Game Awards will be presented.
The Interop (May 15-19) independent conference for tech leaders offers a custom educational experience. For Early Bird tickets, register by March 31. Learn, develop professionally, drive your business and career forward.
The heart of the smart artificial intelligence revolution will be at the Boston’s Deep Learning Summit. And The Next Web in Amsterdam will focus on sharing, inventing and advancing tech developments. But if you decide to go down under, Techmix Australia co-located with CeBIT Australia is the perfect destination. And if you want to meet us in May, look more closely at these two tech get-togethers:

  • Berlin’s Wearable Europe (May 10-11) is an exhibition focusing on wearable technologies, applications, and their commercialisation progress. Speakers from the world’s largest organisations will share their needs and experiences. Awards include Best Development in 3D Printing Award, Most Significant Innovation Award, Best IoT Technology Development Award, etc.
  • Just a short trip away is Startup Safary Leipzig (May 11-12) that gives a chance to visit local startups, tech companies, VCs, accelerators, incubators, and coworking spaces.
